Views allow each team to consult the information from a different perspective without maintaining multiple versions of the same dataset.<\/p>\n<p>Its flexibility makes it possible to adapt the structure to internal processes, but it can also create <strong>bases that are difficult to maintain<\/strong> when fields are duplicated, relationships are ambiguous or automations are undocumented. A clear structure reduces duplication and makes it easier to reuse data in reports, interfaces and integrations.<\/p>\n<p>Permissions should be assigned according to each person&#8217;s responsibilities. Teams also need to review what information is shared, avoid exposing sensitive data through public forms or links and protect credentials used by APIs, webhooks and integrations.<\/p>\n<p>Automations should be tested with controlled data and have documented owners and mechanisms for detecting errors.
